Current Sars senior Kieran Murphy is the holder of three county senior hurling titles and two All-Ireland titles with Cork. In the following video he takes the 30 second challenge at the Sars practice wall. Players strike the ball off the alternate walls with the aim to score as many hits as possible in the 30 seconds.
