Displaying tremendous spirit and skill Sarsfields were crowned U16 County Champions at Mahon today. Trailing 0-4 to 0-3 at the break, the Sars girls were not to be denied on this occasion. A fighting team performance eventually overcame the Milford/Ballyhea combination 1-7 to 0 -5. Inspiring Captain, Lucy Kelly providing the all important goal, as she wins, U16, Minor,& Intermediate County medals this year. Well done to management & team on a superb victory.
