Sarsfields had a well earned 1-20 to 2-11 victory over Bride Rovers in the Senior League at Riverstown this evening. A long range goal from Barry Johnson gave the Rovers the balance of power in the opening period, while a well excuted goal from Tadhg Og Murphy (above) gave Sars the impetus to pull away in the second half to claim both league points.
