Sarsfields had two good results this evening- Our junior hurlers had a fine 4-15 to 1-16 win over Midleton and now meet Dungourney in the semi-final of the league. With Cian Smith unyielding at full-back, the vital goals were secured by Robert O’Driscoll (2), Gary Gray and Ronan Murphy.
Meanwhile over at the C.I.T grounds OUR U16 hurlers had a fine 1-9 to 0-8 victory over Glen Rovers to reach the semi-final of the championship. Luke Hackett with the all important goal.
