Our second U16 side gave a superb account of themselves at Castlelyons on Saturday last. Facing a hotly fancied Ballygiblin squad, our lads battled to the very end and helped by a Kevin Cronin contribution off 3-1, were eventually edged out 4-10 to 4-9. The team had some great contests in this competition, and credit to John Barry and his management team for their efforts. Well done lads.
