Sarsfields had a well deserved 3-14 to 2-10 victory over Blackrock at Pairc Ui Rinn this evening. A two goal blast from in form Aaron Myers gave Sars the perfect start, and lead at the break 3-8 to 0-4. A superb defence weathered the inevitable storm from Rockies in the second half. A great team effort, with Timmy Murphy’s excellent display including some fine long range points, being one of the highlights. Next up is St. Finbarr’s in the semi-final.
